1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and me999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through me999.ws and any associated mobile or web applications.

Your continued use of me999 following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. me999 recommends saving or printing a copy of these Terms at the time of registration for your records.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and dispute resolution.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the me999 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. me999 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held therein — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

me999 accepts registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you are not registering on behalf of another person.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one me999 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — are strictly prohibited. me999 uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited, regardless of which account was the "primary" one.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for the security and confidentiality of your me999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. me999 staff will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — whether by you or by any other person who has access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

me999 may at any time request that you complete identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your me999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests processed. me999 reserves the right to close any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be in breach of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or operated in a manner harmful to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

me999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved cash deposit channels. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). me999 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign-currency bank transfers, or payments from third-party accounts.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your me999 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect. me999 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the me999 cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. This same-source withdrawal policy is a mandatory anti-money laundering control. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification completion. Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests submitted before 22:00 PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. me999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Refused Transactions

me999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, me999 will notify you and may request additional documentation before taking further action.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

me999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds credited to a me999 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, time limit for completion, and maximum single bet size whilst a bonus is active are all specified within each promotion. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be systematically exploiting me999 bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral bonuses — will have their bonus balance voided, their winnings derived from such activity forfeited, and their account permanently closed. me999's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, within the stated time limit, and subject to KYC verification being complete. Any attempt to withdraw before requirements are met will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The games available on me999 — including live casino tables, slot titles, and sports betting markets — are subject to change without prior notice. me999 may add, remove, or temporarily suspend any game or market at any time. The unavailability of a particular game does not constitute grounds for a compensation claim.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, server error, or disconnection during a game or bet placement, me999 will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the game state from its server logs and resolve the matter in accordance with its established technical fault procedure. me999's records are the definitive reference for resolving any disputed game outcome. 6.3 Sports Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. me999 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at an obviously erroneous price or in breach of betting rules.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any scripted mechanism to interact with the me999 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or poker-style formats.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on me999.

• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another individual.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your me999 account to any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the me999 platform's source code or back-end systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

me999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment, not a source of financial distress. me999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the account dashboard:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the me999 platform — including but not limited to the me999 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of me999 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any me999 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero) is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights and is licensed to me999 for display on the platform. Unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited and may attract separate legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, me999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the me999 platform, including but not limited to:

me999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant incident.

11 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed by me999 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at me999.ws/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and me999 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through me999's internal complaints procedure, which can be initiated by contacting our support team via live chat.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the platform's operating terms. me999's decision on factual matters — including game outcomes, transaction records, and account activity logs — shall be treated as final and binding unless demonstrably erroneous.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as limiting any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
